Monthly Mindfulness Meditation Workshop Virtual · 45 minutes · Every 1st Saturday · Begins May 2, 2026

Some weeks are heavier than others. This workshop is a place to set that weight down.

Hosted by Javonni Henderson-Ingram, LCSW, this 45-minute virtual mindfulness meditation session is designed for adults navigating the ongoing weight of trauma, stress, and burnout. Each session offers guided meditation, breath-based relaxation practices, and somatic awareness techniques to help you return to your body, quiet your nervous system, and close out the week with more ease than you started it.

No prior meditation experience is needed. Just show up as you are.

What to expect: Each session is gently guided, trauma-informed, and designed to be accessible — whether you are brand new to mindfulness or returning to a practice you've let go. Sessions vary in focus and technique, so each month offers something fresh while building on the same foundation of rest, regulation, and self-compassion.
